No Refunds
We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. By purchasing from Brand New Feet, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
Services
While we do not offer refunds for any service bookings, we understand that schedules can change.
- Rescheduling: Appointments may be rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance of your original appointment time. To reschedule, please contact us at 504-475-3338.
- Missed appointments or late cancellations (within 24 hours) are non-transferable and non-refundable.
Products
We stand behind the quality of our products. Although refunds are not available, we do offer exchanges.
- Exchanges: Products may be exchanged for another item of equal value within 7 days of delivery or purchase, provided they are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for any shipping costs related to exchanges.
