  • No Refunds: All sales are final.
  • Changes & Exchanges: All changes to your order must be made within 30 days of purchase. For exchanges due to damage upon arrival (including significant melting that renders the product unusable), you must provide proof of damage. Please contact us to discuss the specific circumstances.
